I have mandrel bent hardpipes on my Z that I had custom bent in 2 foot sections. I cut them to length, polished them and got some clamps and pipe fittings to attach them. I paid $16.xx per pipe. The hose I used was simple rubber hose of 2" diameter and 2.5" diameter. I bought a foot.5 of each for like $4 per. I got the hose clamps from an irrigation supply warehouse for about $3 a piece. But you could reuse your TT clamps. Total cost to me was like $81. The pipes come with single bends and my pipe bender has the diagrams so he can make up sets. The pipes come in 2 foot sections with the single bend you need and I have diagrams showing you where to cut the pipes so that they'll fit. This is a DIY kit, not a full blown ready to install package. However, the fabrication aspect is easy. You will need a hacksaw and a file to be able to cut them. The pipes are aluminized steel which powdercoat very well, they polish out well and can be clear powdercoated to maintain their shine. You could also have them chrome plated if you wanted without any problems doing so. I would like to know how many people would be interested in doing this so I can provide the information to the forum, perhaps as a sticky. It would give the company's name, contact name, and phone number. You can simply tell them you are a tt.net member and to add your name to the list. The reason the pipes are so inexpensive is because they do it all in batches. They have a few benders and they do everything from 1" up to 6" diameter. The problem is they have more dies than benders so they have to alternate dies according to work order load. We will need a significant number of people involved for them to load up the 2" dies and make the pipes. They specialize in exhaust systems and there isn't a big demand for 2" mandrel bent exhaust piping so the order has to get of reasonable size before they make the pipes. The 2.5" pipe can be bent up anytime because that is a very common pipe size. Just an FYI on this, the two pipes going to the TB's are 2.5" diameter. The two outer pipes coming from the turbos are 2" diameter. You will need a total of 8 fittings.

(2) 2"->2.5" adapters (~2.50 each)
(2) 4"long 2.5"dia hose (buy a foot of this for $4)
You can use the stock TT hose clamps. The way this group buy will take place is you guys call my contact, tell him you want the twinturbo.net hardpipe groupbuy and give them your CC information.
